We all know that sometimes words aren't sufficient to express our internal experience, especially when it comes to strong emotions such as anxiety about things over which we have no control.  This state of anxiety has become the norm for so many of us.  This 4 week workshop is designed to help settle anxiety so that we may reconnect with our compassion and many other strengths.   In this workshop participants will experiment with simple grounding techniques and creative arts activities that are designed to help calm the central nervous system.  We will use a variety of materials and techniques such as paint, pastels, collage and sculpture.   No previous art experience is required and technical instruction will be offered as needed.  All art materials will be provided.

Preregistration is required and folks are asked to attend all 4 sessions.
